Even though time has passed and that home now belongs to the past, the warmth it gave us remains something we'll always cherish. Inspired by 06070 by BOYNEXTDOOR, this agency carries the idea that a home is more than just a place. It is the feeling of being welcomed, understood, and surrounded by people who make every moment meaningful. While the old home has become a beautiful memory, it also taught us how to build something new. Through patience, effort, and determination, we created another place to return to—a home that stands because of our own hard work and sincere intentions. @06070zip is not meant to replace what once existed. Instead, it is a new chapter born from the memories we treasure and the future we want to create. A place where new friendships can grow, where new stories can be written, and where everyone can find comfort in each other's presence. Just as every house becomes a home because of the people inside it, we hope this space will be filled with warmth, laughter, and memories waiting to be made together.

1. We welcome residents born in 2008 or earlier. Make sure your chosen muse is open for portrayal, no restricted faceclaims, please.
2. No twin claims, unless your muse actually has a real-life twin. We like things authentic around here.
3. One person, one muse, one account. If we catch you running more than one, both will lose their verification immediately. No exceptions.
4. Keep it inside the house. Starting or joining fanwars, cliques within cliques, interacting with outsiders, or exchanging personal platforms (Cyber Account, KKT, Telegram, Discord, Plato, Spotify Session, or anything similar) are strictly off-limits.
5. Muse change and hiatus are each given only once. Think carefully before you use them, we won't hand out second chances.
6. We're only run for 5 days, so we really count on your presence in our agendas. If you can't make it, just let us know beforehand.
7. Harsh words and playful banter are allowed, but know your limits. Keep the timeline comfortable for everyone by avoiding NSFW content and respecting each other's boundaries.
8. On Day 1, make sure to post at least 65 tweets; on the following days, 30 tweets each. We'll also run maintenance hourly from 10:00 PM until we're done. Silence for 24 hours without notice means losing your verification. A quick heads-up is all it takes to keep your spot safe.
